Rental Opportunities

CRHDC provides affordable rental housing for working families, seniors and the disabled. We have apartments and single family homes for rent in the following areas:

Lease-to-Own Single Family Homes, Monte Vista, Colo.
Coming Soon... By the spring of 2007, 10 new contractor built homes will be made available for families interested in leasing to own.

Located at 6th & Tyndall in Monte Vista, this new community features energy efficient two, three, and four bedroom homes on large lots (lots sizes range from 6,000 to 7,000 sq. ft.).

Rents will range from $500 to $700 per month (not including utilities). While rents will not apply toward the purchase of the home, CRDHC finance counselors will develop a plan of action to help individuals build a good credit rating for obtaining a mortgage and eventually purchasing the home. Also, renters may participate in CRHDC’s Individual Development Account Program. This program is a savings program and dollars may be matched by foundations interested in increasing homeownership in Colorado.
