CRHDC provides affordable rental housing for working families, seniors and the disabled. We have apartments and single family homes for rent in the following areas:

Located at 6th & Tyndall in Monte Vista, this new community features energy efficient two, three, and four bedroom homes on large lots (lots sizes range from 6,000 to 7,000 sq. ft.).

Rents will range from $650 to $725 per month (not including utilities). While rents will not apply toward the purchase of the home, CRDHC housing counselors will develop a plan of action to help individuals build a good credit rating for obtaining a mortgage and eventually purchasing the home. Participants earn "sweat equity" credits toward the purchase of their home.
