Tierra del Sol is located at 6th and Tyndall in Monte
Vista. This community features 52 self-help homes and 40 contractor built homes.
These two and three bedroom ranch style homes include attached garages and large
lots. The homes are for sale and leased on a rent-to-own basis.The community
was designed using New Urbanism techniques, with front porches, alley access to
garages, and plenty of parks and open space. When it is completed, the community
will also also have retail outlets, a school and a recreation center.
